We accept the return of an item(s) purchased from us up to 28 days from the time of placing the order for a full refund of the returned items.
Please send the returned items to the following address after submitting an email to firstname.lastname@example.org alerting us with a return reason:

Please note all postage and delivery costs are at the buyers expense. Please ensure you keep the receipt for proof of return. Any items returned to us without proof of postage and fail delivery, Earthlets cannot be liable for.
No refund can be issued until the item(s) have been delivered back to Earthlets warehouse.
Damaged or faulty goods
In the rare occasion that an item is delivered in a faulty or damaged condition, please ensure you sign for the item as damaged with the delivery driver. Please then email us with your order number, order name, images of any damage to the item and an explanation of the fault. Any delivery that is received damaged must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt so any problems can be rectified. Any faulty items must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery.
We are unable to make a claim with the courier after 48 hours of receipt. This timeframe must be adhered to when making a claim for a damaged delivery item(s).
If you are ordering a present in advance, please ensure the above terms are followed and the item(s) delivered are checked immediately to avoid disappointment. All items must be checked within 48 hours of receipt. After this timeframe a claim cannot be made.
Once your order has been returned to us a refund will be issued accordingly. The refund can take up to 7 working days to be issued during busy periods, however we always aim to have the refund issued within 24 working hours of receipt of the goods.
In order for a refund to be issued, the return must be clearly labelled inside the parcel with the order number and delivery name. Without this we cannot identify who the return is from.
